Search for Whale Recovery: Most Humpback Populations Removed From U.s. Endangered Species List on Bing

The U.S. government on Wednesday removed nine of the world's 14 humpback whale populations from federal endangered pecies lists, but the whales that migrate through Central California are not among them.
