The White House said on Tuesday (July 22) that individual U.S. airliners are making their own decisions as to whether or not to continue flights over Middle Eastern airspace, after several U.S. carriers halted flights to and from Tel Aviv, Israel. The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has not issued any notices regarding flights over the Gaza region in the Middle East despite the current conflict, the White House said.
