Senator Ron Johnson (Q-Moscow) went on Newsmax to whine to Rob Schmitt about how "unfair" the judicial system is because they charge and try people in the place the alleged crimes occurred:
The jury pool came out of an electorate that's about 95% Biden voters versus 5% Trump. Whereas Hunter now, he's being tried in Wilmington, Delaware.
Fox News host Jesse Watters claimed Black jurors on the Hunter Biden trial case will engage in jury nullification and violate their oath of office to acquit Hunter Biden.
Conspiracy theories and racism rules on Fox News.
JESSE WATTERS: This might seem like an open-and-shut case, but Jonathan Turley points out that Hunter's legal team might have an ace up their sleeve.
It's called jury nullification.
It's when you pick a jury that will give you a not guilty verdict.

The Republican National Convention (RNC) is set to be held in Milwaukee on July 15; however, the convention’s website featured a banner image of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam for several months.
Boston Globe reporter Sam Brodey flagged the blunder on X on Tuesday morning.
The image appears to be an iStock photo posted by Diversity Studio in 2019.
To celebrate Pride Month in Colorado, the state GOP issued a fatwa and called for the burning of all Pride flags. As one might expect, this bit of branded extremism has not gone over well, even among Log Cabin Republicans, a group which "advocates for equal rights for LGBT+ Americans."

COLORADO, USA — The Colorado Republican Party marked the start of Pride Month with a mass email attacking “godless groomers” and a social media post calling for the burning of all Pride flags.
The state GOP’s move to the far right after a series of electoral blowout losses continued with some of its harshest anti-gay rhetoric in recent years.
The Colorado GOP’s mass email titled “God Hates Pride,” read, in part, “The month of June has arrived and, once again, the godless groomers in our society want to attack what is decent, holy, and righteous so they can ultimately harm our children.”
The message to Colorado Republicans was headlined with an image reading “God Hates Flags,” a nod to the anti-gay slur on the picket signs of the infamous Westboro Baptist Church.read more

Kaul filed the charges in Dane County Circuit Court against Kenneth Chesebro, a Wisconsin native and lead architect of the 2020 fake elector plan; former Dane County Judge Jim Troupis, who represented Trump in Wisconsin during the 2020 election; and Mike Roman, a former Trump aide who allegedly delivered Wisconsin's slate of false elector paperwork to a Pennsylvania congressman's staffer in order to get them to Vice President Mike Pence on Jan.
