A 25-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday after allegedly crashing into a bicyclist near Simi Valley while under the influence, officials said. The crash occurred about 2:25 p.m. on Tierra Rejada Road east of Library View Road, according to the California Highway Patrol. Paul Buquoi, 65, of Simi Valley, was riding a bicycle on the right shoulder when Alicia Cohen's vehicle drifted onto the right shoulder and crashed into the left side of the bicyclist.
