The Woodstock City Council is set to consider the controversial Founders Crossing housing development Tuesday. Developers Kenneth and Rhonda Rawson want to build 77 single-family homes and two apartment buildings on an 11.5-acre property near the historic Woodstock Square. The proposal has met resistance from residents and members of the Woodstock Plan Commission.
