A restaurant called Meat & Seafood Company is planned for the space vacated by the Motley Cow Cafe in Iowa City’s Northside neighborhood.North Liberty-based restaurant and marketing company MAiNGREDIENT, which also owns Eden Lounge in Iowa City and BeerBurger in North Liberty, is developing the restaurant. It is set to open at 160 Linn St., Iowa City, in the second quarter of 2018, according to the Iowa City Downtown District.
