Fred's Lucky Boy made the final turn last Friday at Lone Star Park neck and neck with three other horses. The thoroughbred pulled away down the stretch for a thrilling comeback and a three-quarter length victory.As the large group of invested fans along the rail erupted in cheers, Mark Jackson exclaimed, "This is some of the most fun I've had with my clothes on!"Jackson is one of 75 owners of Fred's Lucky Boy through the Lone Star Park Racing Club, a new initiative at the Grand Prairie track.
