A man accused in a heinous knife-slashing attack in Cambridge that left his ex-girlfriend for dead in 1994 — a case featured on the TV show “America’s Most Wanted” — was extradited back to the Bay State last night and now faces arraignment in the brutal ambush his victim “miraculously survived,” state police said.
