A suspected bomber has been killed in an explosion in a bar in the southern German city of Ansbach, according to German police. The area around the bar is now under lockdown and a nearby outdoor music festival has been evacuated, the BBC reports. Reuters cited a police spokesman saying that 12 people were injured in the blast, including three who are in serious condition. According to German broadcaster Deutsche Welle, the explosion at Eugens Weinstube (Eugene’s Winebar) took place at around 10:00 p.m.
