A Florida man has brought a $10 million federal lawsuit against the trustees of Deerfield Academy and two ex-trustees, alleging the two failed to protect him from a predatory former English teacher at the prestigious western Massachusetts boarding school.And while the accused teacher, Bryce Lambert, died in 2007 at age 83, Mitchell Garabedian, alleged victim Christopher Obetz’s attorney, told the Herald that fact won’t hinder the suit moving forward in U.S.
