After the first wave of this week’s multi-part storm, Portland topped the rainfall totals with 1.87 inches by Wednesday morning at the jetport. Rain is expected to fall, heavy at times, through Thursday, which could cause some river flooding. Central Maine Power Co. reports that there are 1,300 customers without power in York County. Rain this morning is expected to be mostly drizzle with some scattered showers, with heavy rain picking up up late this afternoon into tonight, said Tom Hawley, of the National Weather Service in Gray.
