PARIS TWP.: A 19-year-old Minerva man was seriously injured Wednesday morning in a hit-and-run crash.Authorities are seeking the public’s help in finding the driver of a 2014 black Chevrolet Cruze believed to be the vehicle involved in the incident. It would show heavy front-end damage, the State Highway Patrol said.The man was walking westbound at 8:20 a.m.
