GOSHEN - An Orange County grand jury has indicted two people on charges they preyed upon immigrants, taking their money in exchange for false promises to help them with immigration issues.Prosecutors announced the indictments on Monday.Brian Castillo, 36, formerly of Middletown, was indicted on five counts of third-degree grand larceny as a hate crime, five counts of first-degree immigration assistance fraud and one count of first-degree scheme to defraud, all felonies.
