The Associated Press MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Two New York residents face charges of illegally transporting cigarettes from Virginia to West Virginia.The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office tells media outlets that deputies arrested Roy Brown, 54, and Donne Wilson, 20, on Wednesday night following a traffic stop.The sheriff's office says a deputy stopped the Rochester, New York, residents' vehicle on Interstate 81 near the Maryland border after receiving information that they had bought a large amount of tobacco products in Virginia.The vehicle was towed to the sheriff's office and searched after a warrant was obtained.
