A group of trigger-happy skate punks shot two men outside a Latin restaurant in Queens early Saturday morning, police said. The men were walking by the crew — some with their skateboards — at around 3:45 a.m. on Sutphin Boulevard and 97th Avenue in Jamaica when something set the group off, police said.
