By The Associated Press CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Two West Virginia men face at least five years in federal prison after admitting sending and receiving child pornography. Authorities say 39-year-old Steven Lee Rhodes, of Clendenin, and 29-year-old Kenneth Frederick Stier, of Spencer, separately entered guilty pleas on Monday. According to prosecutors, Rhodes admitted that in June 2015 he received a video of a prepubescent minor engaged in sex using a file-sharing program on his home computer and admitted possessing hundreds of similar images and videos. Stier admitted in December 2016 distributing two videos of prepubescent minors engaged in sex using a messenger application on his cell phone.
