21st Century Fox To Consider Comcast Bid, Setting Stage For Disney Bidding War

Twenty-First Century Fox holds a board meeting Wednesday, during which the Murdoch-controlled media company is expected to agree to consider a $65 billion bid from Comcast. That is higher than Disney’s initial bid of $52.4 billion made in December 2017.
