3 Churches Added To New Hampshire Preservation List

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The state has added three churches to the New Hampshire Register of Historic Places. The New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources has announced that Nashua's St. Francis Xavier Church, Farmington's First Congregational Church and the Federal-style Congregational Church in Wentworth have been added to the list. St. Francis was built in 1898 for the industrial city's growing Franco-American community.
