(AP) — Officials say three people have been killed and two others seriously injured following a fiery, four-car accident in Woodland Hills, California that shut down Ventura Boulevard in both directions. Brian Humphrey with the Los Angeles Fire Department says passersby used fire extinguishers and buckets of water to tamp down flames after a car caught fire and trapped two people inside.
