Thanksgiving, the holiday that has become the speed bump on the way to Christmas; the day we are supposed to be with our relatives, get up way too early to prepare a family meal that never goes the way Norman Rockwell painted it, eat too much turkey, and watch football. Those of us who do not have a large family may decide to have a Thanksgiving pizza, or go out to a restaurant for dinner.
