The GazetteCEDAR RAPIDS — Six building projects in downtown, New Bohemia and Kingston Village got a boost Friday with $3.34 million in funding via the state’s Brownfield/Grayfield Redevelopment Tax Credit Program.The Iowa Economic Development Authority identified the six and the size of each award as:• New Bohemia Station LLC, $960,000: A $4 million office/retail/residential project on the former site of Brosh Chapel, 1020 and 1028 Third St.
