Mine came in the original box with some electrical tape over some serial numbers and "Refurbished - 90 Day Warranty Applies." Otherwise, like new. The LG C3 was recently the same price at Microcenter, but I prefer the Sony for a number of reasons which may make it more appealing to you, too.
