The Neches River Festival's 67th Queen Neches is Caroline Marie Wied, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Keith Arnold Wied, the festival announced Saturday. Winners of the Otho Plummer/Neches River Festival Scholarship at Lamar University are Sean Byrne McNally and Hayden Neil Gonzales. Both scholarship recipients are seniors at West Brook High School.
