70-year-old's Bank Heist Conviction Reversed

FREEHOLD – A 70-year-old Asbury Park man serving a 10-year prison term for his alleged role in a 2009 bank robbery has won a new trial, after the state Supreme Court on Wednesday reversed his conviction.
