$852 Million Startup Smartsheet Expects To Raise $150 Million From Its Big Ipo On Friday

Smartsheet Smartsheet priced its upcoming IPO at $15 per share on Thursday. All together, the company expects to raise $150 million in its IPO. The Seattle-based software company is expected to go public on Friday. Smartsheet will list on the NYSE under the ticker "SMAR." The company was last valued at $852.1 million in a May 2017 funding round.
