Founded in 1987, the National Collegiate Cycling Association (NCCA) is a standing committee of the not-for-profit organization, USA Cycling. The NCCA provides racing opportunities for collegiate riders in road, track and mountain bicycling in 10 conferences nationwide. USA Cycling administers, develops and promotes collegiate bicycle racing through the NCCA in cooperation with the USCF and NORBA.
