Alexander & Baldwin Inc. has signed UFC Gym for the second-floor space of its Lau Hala Shops, the former Kailua Macy’s store that’s being redeveloped into a retail and restaurant complex in Windward Oahu. A spokesman for Alexander & Baldwin (NYSE: ALEX) confirmed that UFC Gym, which has three other locations on Oahu, will be the second-floor tenant at Lau Hala Shops, whose other tenants will include a 15,000-square-foot Down to Earth grocery store, a Maui Brewing Co.

Posting on Wednesday, they claim they found the "beginning of what looks like 'tesla voice assistant' that would be activated by a wakeword," meaning the vehicle would always be listening for it.
