An abortion doctor whose theft of stolen drugs was revealed after aborted baby parts were found in his vehicle was recently sentenced to 18 months probation.Michael Arthur Roth, 75, of Orchard Lake, received the sentence Dec. 7 from Judge Michael Servitto of Macomb County Circuit Court after pleading no contest to three counts of larceny from a building.
