CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire travel officials say an estimated 660,000 visitors are expected to come to the state over the Columbus Day period, 2.5 percent more than last year. The visitors are expected to spend over $97 million, up about 3 percent from last year. Scenic drives and outdoor recreation are two of the most important activities during the holiday weekend, along with visiting farm stands, festivals, and shopping.
