Accident Closes I-45 Near Ellington

All northbound lanes of Interstate 45 are closed at FM 1959 after a three-vehicle accident Sunday morning. Heavy fog might have been a factor in the accident just before 10 a.m. and southeast of the beltway. Traffic has backed up six miles to Eldorado Boulevard, according to Houston TranStar. No details were available about injuries.
