Accused Rapist Nabbed In N.y. Due In Mass. Today

Accused serial rapist Gregory J. Lewis is due to be returned to face charges in the Bay State today after he was arrested in New York following a cross-country crime spree, police said.Lewis, 26, of Southbridge, initially 
accused of raping a teenage girl in Southbridge, spent six weeks on the run after cutting off his court-ordered GPS ankle bracelet, authorities said.While on the run, he was accused of raping, robbing and kidnapping escorts in North Carolina, Colorado, Indiana and Oregon.
