Greensboro-based Qorvo (Nasdaq: QRVO), a provider of world-connecting RF solutions, announced Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Custom MMIC, a supplier of high-performance monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) for defense, aerospace and commercial applications. Terms of the deal were not released, but Custom MMIC president and CTO Paul Blount will join Qorvo as a director of engineering for Infrastructure and Defense Products. Custom MMIC is based in Chelmsford.
