Addiction Support Home Asks Putnam Commission For Funding

By Jake Jarvis WINFIELD - In 2008, addiction hit Sheila Martin's home. She learned her son was battling an addiction, and she didn't know what to do. "It's a life-controlling issue and, as a parent, you become addicted to your child's addiction, " Martin said. "We all have to learn to recover."She figured if her son was diagnosed with cancer, she'd seek out a cancer support group.
