Elizabeth Ceja worries about the "normal stuff" most high school juniors think about, like finding a job, doing well in school and getting a driver's license. There was one important thing, however, that 17-year-old Elizabeth felt was missing and wanted the most: a family to call her own.On Friday, Elizabeth was all smiles as she and her new parents, Loshel and Jennifer Voigt, watched Superior Court Judge Bruce Young sign her official adoption papers."It's amazing," Elizabeth said.
