A year ago, the state’s brownfields redevelopment fund ran dry, stalling or delaying roughly two-dozen projects across the state. But the bulldozers and backhoes are going to start moving again, now that lawmakers have approved $15 million for the fund. Advocates, led by the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance, aren’t going to stop there.
