An Aiken County robbery suspect is in custody after being caught by police in Philadelphia. Marvin Barefield, 25, was identified by Aiken County police as a suspect in the May 15 armed robbery of Mini Shop, 2345 Augusta Road. An anonymous tip to the sheriff’s office indicated Barefield could be in Philadelphia.
