A large fire at a vacant house in Akron forced firefighters to call in reinforcements as a second house also caught fire.Authorities say fire destroyed a vacant house in the 1200 block of Sherman Street around 4 a.m. and spread to a second home nearby.No one was injured, and no damage estimate has been released.
