The latest storm-related death identified by Texas officials was that of Michelle Marie Carey-Charba, 43, the daughter of Albuquerque native Dr. Ralph H. Carey, who had been missing since a catastrophic flood early Sunday. Still listed as missing are Ralph Carey, 73, a Highland High School graduate, and three other family members who disappeared when the flood-swollen Blanco River destroyed Carey’s vacation home in Wimberley, Texas, about 35 miles southwest of Austin.
