NEW YORK (AP)—Two Americans will play in the U.S. Open boys’ singles final for the first time in a decade. Tenth-seeded Denis Kudla will face unseeded Jack Sock on Sunday. The last time an American won the title was also 2000. Future U.S. Open men’s champion Andy Roddick beat Robby Ginepri. Sock also played in the main draw, losing in four sets to 63rd-ranked Marco Chiudinelli.
