Americans Say Cellphone Cameras Not Changing Police Conduct

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Americans are evenly divided on whether the widespread use of smartphone cameras will improve police behavior and think it has done little to change police conduct so far, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Tuesday.
