Draw 260,000 people to downtown Jacksonville over five days and you start to attract a lot of questions and analysis. Such is the case for the One Spark crowdfunding festival. A privately initiated analysis of the more than 600 “creators” — mostly fledgling small businesses, musicians and artists — who participated in the event shows that few achieved the funding goals they thought they might reach through crowdfunding.
