MONTREAL (AP) — Sven Andrighetto was the only player to score in a five-round shootout, leading the Montreal Canadiens past the Carolina Hurricanes 2-1 on Sunday. The Hurricanes had most of the scoring chances in the opening period, but only converted when Skinner went to the net and tipped Jordan Staal's shot past Scrivens at 2:27. Pacioretty tied it 8:11 into the second period when he took a diagonal feed from Andrei Markov and scored his 20th of the season with a wrister from the right circle.
