MADRID (AP) — Granada coach Joaquin Caparros has reacted angrily to a bad headline in a Spanish newspaper ahead of his team's weekend clash with Real Madrid. Caparros tore up a copy of the offending front page at a press conference after he accused a Madird-based paper of quoting him as saying "I only ask they don't steam-roller us," in an interview with Marca. Caparros, who was a Madrid youth player and has coached Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao and Deportivo La Coruna, said he was misquoted. He said, "It sucks when they write this type of headline about me," ripping the paper into small squares. Granada hosts Madrid on Saturday and is in 14th place after collecting nine points from their opening nine matches. Madrid is third on 21 points.Read more on NewsOK.com
