Another Lawsuit Filed Against Cedar Rapids Speed Cameras

CEDAR RAPIDS — Another version of a class-action lawsuit has been filed against the City of Cedar Rapids and GATSO USA, a Massachusetts-based vendor that runs the city’s automated traffic camera enforcement program.The lawsuit seeks refunds for tickets issued after March 17 at four locations on Interstate 380 with automated traffic cameras.
