Another Winter Blast Rolls Through Region

WISE — February has been mostly foul across Southwest Virginia so far, with another spree of snow showers sweeping across the region Friday, a deep freeze predicted for Saturday night into Sunday, and yet another fling predicted for Monday and Tuesday.
