PARIS (AP) — Iraq's foreign minister says the Nov. 13 attacks in Paris marked a new stage in a world war of international terrorism — one that no country can hope to escape. In an interview Sunday with The Associated Press, Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari said the attacks on innocent people enjoying a night out were merely the latest example of the Islamic State group's determination to sow fear by killing as many people as possible.
