Appeals Court Orders Grand Jury Testimony Unsealed In The 1946 Case Of The ‘last Mass Lynching In America’

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday upheld a lower court's ruling to unseal grand jury transcripts in the 1946 lynchings of two black couples by a white mob at Moore's Ford Bridge in Georgia. The case is known as "the last mass lynching in America."
