Are Employers Missing A Key Demographic When Attracting New Talent?

In today’s job market, the labor shortage is no secret. Employers are offering a wide variety of incentives to attract and retain talent. But they may not necessarily be aiming those incentives at the right demographics. Nearly 64% of the U.S. population between the ages of 55-64 were working in April of this year, according to Dan Schwabel, founder and managing partner of Workplace Intelligence.
