Argentina’s naval forces are clambering to locate a submarine carrying 44 crew members that lost communication more than 200 miles off the country’s coast last Wednesday. The ARA San Juan, a German-made submarine that entered Argentina’s navy in 1985, was returning from a routine mission to Ushuaia, in the country’s southern archipelago.
