About 12:30 a.m., Aaron James Francis, 22, was killed in the 9600 block of Bissonnet, the parking lot of the Westwood Town Square shopping center, according to Houston Police Department Spokesman Victor Senties. A passenger in the back seat of the white car rolled down his window and fired a single shot that shattered the right front passenger window before hitting Francis.
